Rajat Patidar Leads RCB to Consecutive IPL Finals
Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) secured a direct place in the IPL 2026 final after a massive victory over Gujarat Titans. Captain Rajat Patidar played a crucial role in the win with a sensational innings of 93 runs off just 33 balls, including 9 sixes and 5 fours.
Powered by Patidar’s explosive batting performance, RCB posted a huge total of 254/5, which became the highest team score ever recorded in IPL playoff history.
In response, Gujarat Titans were bowled out for 162 runs in 19.3 overs, handing RCB a dominant 92-run victory.
After reaching the IPL final for the second consecutive season, RCB captain Rajat Patidar looked delighted during the post-match presentation ceremony. He praised the batting unit for their fearless approach and aggressive intent.
