DAVV Starts Registration for Direct Admission in 96 Courses
Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) has started the admission process for various courses offered through its teaching departments.
Direct admission has been introduced for 96 courses across certificate, diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate programs.
Registration for preferred courses began on May 25, and students have been given 15 days to complete the process. Applications can be submitted until June 10.
According to university officials, counseling sessions and entrance examinations will be conducted between June 15 and June 23 at the departmental level.
Wide Range of Courses Available
The university’s 30 departments are offering admissions in courses including:
- Certificate courses in French, German, Spanish, Sindhi, and other languages
- Diploma programs in Digital Marketing, Import-Export Management, Interior Design, Script Writing, and more
- Undergraduate programs such as BA, BPES, B-Pharma, B.Voc, B.Sc., and B.Sc. Agriculture
- Integrated MA and MSc programs
- Postgraduate programs including MBA, M.Tech, MSc, MA, and M.Com
Admission Process and Fees
Applications have started for a total of 3,116 seats.
The registration fee is ₹750, while students from SC/ST categories need to pay ₹400.
Some courses will require students to appear for an entrance examination, while most admissions will be based on merit and ranking prepared at the departmental level.
University officials stated that the admission process will be conducted in two to three phases, and admissions will close by August 14.
